- The Hollywood/West Hollywood area is the location of:
– AFCS administrative offices
– Wallis Annenberg Residential Treatment Program
– Aviva High School (nonpublic)
– Foster Family and Adoption Agency, and
– Student Aftercare for Enrichment (SAFE) after school program. - The Community Mental Health Services programs are located in the mid-Wilshire and North Hollywood areas.
- The Gang Intervention Program works with youth in the San Fernando Valley and the Venice/Fairfax Areas.

COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
CASE MANAGER - Provide case management.
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of experience in physical restoration, social adjustment or vocational adjustment
- Bilingual Spanish required
WRAPAROUND
LEAD FACILITATOR – Responsible for a caseload involving children and/or adolescents and their families and supervision of staff.
- MA Degree or BA Degree and at least 4 years of experience in social service setting
- Must have one year of Wraparound experience
FACILITATOR – Responsible for a caseload involving children and/or adolescents and their families.
- BA Degree and at least 4 years of experience in social service setting (or)
- MA Degree in related field with experience working in social services
CHILD AND FAMILY SPECIALIST– Provide individualized treatment planning in the Wraparound Program.
- BA Degree required
- Experience working with Wraparound team
PARENT PARTNER – Responsible for coaching parents and assisting with Wraparound Services.
- Must be a parent of a child that has received mental health services
RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM
RESIDENTIAL SUPERVISOR– To work with SED adolescent girls.
- BA Degree preferred/ or six years of residential experience
- Supervisory experience and experience working with SED adolescent girls
COURT CASE MANAGER– Provide case management to SED adolescent girls and their families.
- BA Degree required
- Experience preferred in case management in a social service setting and/ or experience in or knowledge of advocacy for client needs.
RESIDENTIAL COUNSELOR – To work with SED adolescent girls.
- BA Degree preferred
- Experience working with SED adolescent girls
